“I am not sure what it is about the off season in Cornwall that makes it so alluring. Maybe it’s the ever-changing light and weather which seems to enhance shapes and textures. Maybe it’s when the landscape empties of people and you look at it differently. Or perhaps it is about the hidden promise of beach days to come, warm waters and long hot summers. Personally, I love the drama of stormy days when the sea feels angry and the sky is in a mood. Distant mist draws the eye to the foreground and craggy rocks dominate the view.” – Hilary Stock
